Understanding the Fact Viewer
BeatSquares includes a powerful fact viewer feature that helps you track how information from your source material is used in the generated messages. How It Works
When you view a generated message, BeatSquares automatically identifies and highlights important facts in both the source material and the generated text:- Names: People, organizations, and entities
- Places: Locations, cities, countries, and geographical references
- Figures: Numbers, statistics, dates, and quantitative data
Interactive Highlighting
The fact viewer creates a visual connection between your source material and the generated message:- Hover over highlighted text in the source material to see where that fact appears in the generated message
- Hover over highlighted text in the generated message to see where it originated in the source material
- This bidirectional highlighting helps you verify that important facts are accurately represented
When Highlighting Disappears
Once a message is generated and you move on to editing or scheduling, the fact viewer highlighting is automatically removed. The highlighting is only visible during the initial review phase when viewing the generated variants. The fact viewer highlighting is temporary and is removed once you proceed with editing or scheduling the message. This keeps the interface clean while you work with the final message content.
