Squares are organizational containers that group related content together. The actual outputs – podcasts, newsletters, WhatsApp messages – are created inside a Square. Each Square is set up for one specific output format.

Podcasts are typically distributed via Podigee – the finished draft can be posted directly from BeatSquares. You can also download the audio file and upload it to other platforms manually.

WhatsApp messages are published directly from BeatSquares to your connected WhatsApp channel – either immediately or on a schedule. See Creating WhatsApp Messages.

Yes – use the Manually Adding Articles feature to add articles by hand. For automatic imports from other sources, reach out to the BeatSquares team.

Usually a connection or browser issue. Try refreshing the page, checking your internet connection, or clearing your browser cache. If the problem persists, contact support@beatsquares.com.

I accidentally deleted something. Can I get it back?
Contact support@beatsquares.com as soon as possible. We may be able to recover recently deleted content, but it’s not guaranteed.
